
Cameron has been working as a business, product development, and marketing strategist for various Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and not-for-profits since the early 1990s. He developed his expertise in user-centered design and emerging technology working for Quantum Corporation, Lam Research Corporation, TiVo, and with clients such as BMW Group, IDG, The Robert Mondavi Wineries, Trimble Navigation, IBM Global Storage, Sony Computer Entertainment America (PlayStation.com), AXA Financial, and Providian Bancorp among many others. Cameron founded 415 Productions Internet Solutions Group where he began collaborating with Jeff to develop new products for the Bay Area's leading institutions. Cameron's work has won awards and acclaim from: Communication Arts, IdN, The Digital Academy of Arts and Sciences, The Society of Technical Communications, and Mobius. Cameron's broad experience is built on multiple degrees in Business, Communication Theory, and Organization Behavior from The McLaren School of Business, and the College of Arts and Sciences, at The University of San Francisco.
Damon has been designing web applications since Al Gore invented the Internet, or at least the last 13 years. Before joining Sprout, Damon was the Director of Client Services at Revcube, a marketing optimization company. His team lead new client integrations and directed all of Revcube's third-party integrations with the likes of Google, Yahoo and a host of other search, display, and email partners. Back in the day, Damon was the Solutions Director and a founding member of 415, a SF based web design and development firm. He was even CTO for like a week. His team lead professional services efforts on large scale strategic marketing, product design & development, and business process projects. A few of his more noteworthy clients include Credit Suisse, Charles Schwab, Robert Mondavi Wineries, BART, Hasbro, and Levi Strauss & Co.
Jeff built his expertise in marketing and communication strategy and brand experience with one of the world's most prominent retail brands, Levi Strauss, where he held various positions in the retail marketing and customer relations groups and contributed to the company's pilot effort to sell products on the Web. Intent on expanding his online experience, Jeff worked for a variety of interactive design agencies, leveraging his talents in business development, online branding, process design, content strategy, and interaction design for companies like the U.S. Library of Congress, The Robert Mondavi Wineries, The San Francisco Symphony, Bay Area Rapid Transit, California Healthcare Foundation, and Ghirardelli Chocolate. Jeff was a founding member of the 415 Productions Internet Solutions Group where he began collaborating with Cameron on various groundbreaking initiatives for various Fortune 50 enterprises. Prior to co-founding Sprout Designs, Jeff worked at Blue Shield of California where as Senior Manager of User Experience, he was responsible for leading the design team through the development of the company's self-service IVR and overseeing the application of the corporate brand and voice across the company's web and voice portals.
Christina began her career as an Art Director and creative team lead with AtHoc Software developing their corporate brand for interactive and print. Christina launched her own successful interactive design business in 2003 working with Fortune 500 accounts such as Sun Microsystems, Cisco, Plumtree/BEA Systems, Wells Fargo, AAA and Blue Shield of California as well as a broad range of retail, real estate and start-up clients in need of innovative, fully integrated web and print design. In March 2007, Christina's work with Wayfinder Response Marketing landed a bronze Addy Award for a Direct Marketing Campaign. Christina earned her multi-media communications and graphic design degree from SF State University.
Shauna began her career in technology and user-centered design at Wired Magazine, Wired Digital and WiredTV/MSNBC. Shauna was a Producer and Managing Editor at TechTV (now G4 Television), leaving in 1999 to join Scient, a leading design firm and systems integrator where she was a Director and Group Manager of the Customer Experience, Content Strategy and DAM practices. Shauna later joined Wal-Mart as a Practice Manager of the User Experience Design Team launching new web-based services including online banking, pharmacy, garden and DVD rentals. Most recently, Shauna was the Director of User Experience at Blue Shield of California, leading the design team responsible for BSC's award-winning Member, Provider and Broker portals. Shauna is a member of the Digital Academy of Arts and Sciences, Bay CHI, Usability Professionals Association and the Institute for Information Architecture. Shauna received her B.A. in Communications and Cognitive Science from Hampshire College and completed her graduate course work in Cinema Studies at New York University before moving to the San Francisco Bay Area. page 1 of ? ![]() |
