Our collective 30+ years of design work and a dedication to creating an exceptionally good user experience have heavily influenced who Sprout Designs is and how we approach our work. Having been on both sides of the table, as client & vendor, we know what good service looks like and have found that there are few companies out there who meet our own expectations. We've also found that very few agencies take a fully holistic view of the client and their business, thus producing solutions that may meet client expectations but rarely delight customers.

Fortunately for our clients our experience and observations have led us to create what we believe is a truly full-service interactive design agency that's both unique and highly effective.

Our 360° Approach
Sprout approaches each project in a similar way. We look beyond what appears to be the quick and easy solution and partner with our clients to identify the heart of the challenge. Jumping to a solution before all the extenuating factors are considered can lead to a waste of time and money. We begin every project by exploring numerous questions and partnering with our clients to define what matters the most to the business as a whole, end users or target customers.

We look at the situation from inside the organization looking out as well as outside looking in. It's important to know who our clients are, what the offering is, and how it's different - but it's also critical to know how customers perceive our clients and how they are positioned within their industry and among the competition.

Our 360° Project Process
When engaging with a new client we consider it the beginning of a long-term relationship, not just a project. We commit to elevating our clients to a position of industry leader by defining what success looks like early on and creating a road map to get there. We strive to make their project - whether a website, communication program, application, or product – an industry or segment benchmark driving agility and a competitive edge.

We accomplish this by following a cyclical project process made up of analysis, strategy, design, and implementation. At the conclusion of each project, we revisit the agreed upon goals and evaluate the success of the effort. We speak with client teams, partners, and customers to gauge their satisfaction with the results and begin gathering data which will help guide future phases of development, essentially returning us again to the first phase, analysis. And the cycle goes on from there.
